Under the direction of manager John Shaylor, the Ranger School food service staff serves 19 meals each week to students at The Landing. The employees create a wide variety of menus, prepare a wonderful salad bar, and bake delicious pastries and desserts every day. We are well-accustomed to meeting the needs of students with special diets or requests. You will find everything from authentic Mexican, to mouth-watering Italian, to the best in American home-cooking. We do all we can to make The Landing a home away from home!
