Presentation Information

Attire is business casual.

Orals:
Microsoft PowerPoint (PC version) is the only available format for computer presentations. We ONLY have access to Microsoft Office software on IBM compatible laptops.

Each Presenter will have 15 minutes to speak, with 5 minutes for questions.

Equipment supplied in each presentation room:
1 - Laptop computer with XT Windows operating system, PowerPoint (Version 2000)
1 - Wireless remote to advance ppt presentation
1 - Slide Projector
1 - LCD projector - SONY XGA - 1024 x 768 resolution, brightness 2000 lumins
1 - Screen
1 - Overhead projector - Dukane 4000 lumins
1 - White Board, 4 markers, dry eraser
1 - Flip Chart
1 - Podium with attached mic (long vga cable)
1 - Wireless Laviliere and mixer

Presentation Format and Size:
Supply your PowerPoint presentation in one of the following formats:
- 3 1/2" floppy disk
- 100MB Zip Disk
- CD-R/RW

We strongly recommend you:
1- Test your presentation prior to arrival to the conference,
2- Bring a second back-up of your file in a different format,
3- Bring overheads or slides as a back-up,
4- Bring your presentation on paper as hand-outs (in case of electrical failure - this is optional)

The posters will be displayed on a tackboard (4'x8'), sitting on an easel. Tackable space is 3'11" x 7'11". Currently, that is the only information we have regarding posters.
