ESF Spaces
Room Reservations

The ESF Spaces Room Reservation system is currently used for reserving the Bray Hall Rotunda, Nifkin (Alumni) Lounge in Marshall Hall, 217 Bray Hall and 19 & 110 Moon Library.

Making a Room Reservation

Reservation Steps:

  1. Check the appropriate reservation calendar (list at right) to be sure your desired date/time is available.. Note that room requests may be pending, and availability shown on the calendar does not guarantee room availability.
  2. Log In and select the “Room Reservations - ESF Spaces” option. You may also view your existing reservations in this space.

Room Reservation Restrictions

Nifkin (Alumni) Lounge, Marshall Hall

Nifkin Lounge may be reserved by any ESF community member for a college-related function, including faculty, staff, students and student organizations.

  • There are a number of “fixed” reservations that render the lounge unavailable.
  • When possible, lounge should remain accessible to students during lunch
  • When possible, non-student weekday events should conclude by 5:00pm
  • Reservations for the Bray Hall Rotunda and Nifkin (Alumni) Lounge made less than 10 days in advance will require secondary approval from Physical Plant.
Rotunda, Bray Hall

The Bray Hall Rotunda may be reserved by any ESF community member for a college-related function, including faculty, staff, students and student organizations. Reservations should be made more than 10 days in advance; reservations made less than 10 days in advance will require secondary approval from Physical Plant.

217 Bray Hall

217 Bray Hall may only be reserved by ESF Faculty and Staff for college-related functions.

Computer Labs

Computer labs' schedules are available online; to reserve, please contact the Registrar's Office.

Moon Library

If your event is held outside regular Library hours of operations - please be advised that you are responsible for requesting permission from Steve Weiter (470-6715) for use of the Moon Library after hours. Permission must be granted prior to making your reservation on the calendar. You are also responsible for notifying the following:

  • Physical Plant (470.6588) in order to arrange for heating or cooling
  • ESF University Police (470.6667) to ensure that the library doors are locked. Setup is required for more than 30 participants in 110 Moon.
  • Seeing that those not attending the scheduled event be kept out of the library.

Mr. Weiter will confirm permission to use the building after normal hours With ESF University Police.
