Meet the Staff
Laura Crandall, M.S.
Director, Student Involvement and Leadership
Laura has been a member of the staff of Student Affairs at ESF since February of 2011 but received her bachelor's degree from ESF in 2005. Laura oversees all of student events on campus including the 30 student organizations, student government, major campus events, and leadership programming on campus. Laura is involved in many different committees at ESF but the favorite part of her job is working with the students.
Prior to joining ESF, Laura received her Master of Science degree in Higher Education at Syracuse University. During that time until 2011, Laura worked in a number of offices at Syracuse University including the Housing and Meal Plan Office, Off-Campus Services, and Orientation.
Laura is from Buffalo, NY but has lived in Syracuse since 2001. She resides in Liverpool with her spouse David (Class of 2004) and two daughters Avery and Adelyn.
Program Coordinator, Student Involvement and Leadership
Colleen is excited to be joining the ESF Student Affairs team in August 2016. As a Program Coordinator, she will work one-on-one with students as well as administrators to implement campus events and activities. Colleen is especially delighted to begin working on the Emerging Leaders Workshop Series.
In May of 2016, Colleen graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Criminology. Currently she is pursuing a Masters of Science in Higher Education at Syracuse University. She worked as a Resident Assistant for three years at St. John Fisher College and co-moderated the Sustained Dialogue Workshop with the Vice President of Student Affairs. Working in Student Affairs is what Colleen loves to do and she is thrilled to be starting this new chapter with ESF.
