First-Year Student Orientation Schedule — 2017

NOTE: The student schedule is below. There is a separate schedule for families:

Parking for families will be available for Tuesday ONLY in the Standart Parking lot at Syracuse University.

Tuesday, August 22

8 a.m. - 11 a.m. Assisted Move-In with Mighty Movers (Centennial Hall residents only)
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Orientation Check-In: Gateway Center Conference Room A
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. ID Card and Trailhead Meal Card Distribution: On-Campus students will pick up at Centennial Hall and non-residential students will pick up at Gateway Check-In
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Complimentary Refreshments and Snacks: Gateway Center Conference Room B-C
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Resource Fair of Experts: Gateway Center Concourse
9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Trailhead Cafe Open: Gateway Center

9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ESF's Campus Day of Service: Meet in the Gateway Center for Welcome Remarks. Buses depart outside of Centennial Hall at 10 a.m.
11:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Trailhead Cafe Open: Gateway Center
6:30 p.m. ESF/SU Joint Event: "Citrus in the City": Experience Downtown Syracuse! Buses depart from the Stadium Place Bus Stop at 6:30 p.m.
9 p.m. - 1 a.m. ESF/SU Joint Event: Cuse Carnival: SU Women's Building Field (Comstock and Euclid area)
