ESF Web Servers
ESF has two servers that host faculty, staff and student websites:
- www.esf.edu (public)
- cww.esf.edu (ESF/SU campus-only)
Permission to Access Your Folder(s) on a Web Server
- Faculty & Staff: Contact us at 470-6648, web@esf.edu if you need help with access.
- Students: Complete the Student Web Access form to gain access. Student access will only be granted if requested or directly confirmed by a faculty/staff supervisor (the Director of Student Involvement & Leadership supervises all student organizations web editors)
How to Connect to the Web Server
WebDAV (not FTP) is the connection protocol. All operating systems or web applications require that you log in using the correct configuration. Choose below for detailed instructions:
- Adobe GoLive
- Adobe Contribute
- Adobe Dreamweaver
- Mac OS
- Microsoft Expression Web (Also Frontpage)
- Microsoft Windows (7, Vista, XP)
