Return kids to parents, distribute stuff- Olivia Donachie, Dan Dohman, Sarah Lynch + 1

1 Upon serious injury, call UPD@315-470-6666 first, so that they can coordinate with 911 dispatchers and then call parents and Heather. Leave NO child behind in a lab, elevator, restroom, at a water fountain, tying a shoe, etc.

2 Keep counting heads to ensure you have the whole group.  Keep the Emergency Contact folder with the group. Lead the way, watch for stragglers and splits due to elevator capacity or potty stops.  STAY with the group if the next PRESENTERS ARE NOT READY. If a child leaves with a parent, their designee, Heather or UPD, note so in that group’s folder so that the session leader and next chaperone have correct counts.

3Watch for kids that aren't getting ‘it’ & provide extra help.  Redirect those that aren’t staying on task or are getting into trouble-a gentle tap or query works wonders.
