Descriptions:
--Escorts
and Chaperones: Make sure ALL kids get from one session to
another. This requires people to lead
the way, and to keep stragglers with the group; occasionally the group may get
split due to elevator capacity, or because of an emergency potty stop. IF
THE PRESENTERS ARE NOT READY WHEN YOUR ARRIVE, please stay with the
group until they finish their preparations.
--Lunch set-up: prepare trays, cover well and refrigerate until 1st
lunch shift.
--Lunch workers, two shifts: set up
buffet with previously assembled trays (early), helping kids make lunches
(early), pour drinks (both), escort to/from bathrooms (both), and clean tables
(late). Make sure no child is left in restrooms, at
water fountains, etc.
Food Shopping: Diane Kuehn; Assemble bags: Michelle Pleim—done!;
