Descriptions:

--chaperones:  Make sure ALL kids get from one session to another (Please confirm the number of kids!)  This requires multiple people to lead the way, and keep stragglers with the group; occasionally the group may get split due to elevator capacity, or because of an emergency potty stop.   IF THE PRESENTERS ARE NOT QUITE READY WHEN YOUR ARRIVE, please stay with the group until they finish their preparations.
--Lunch set-up:  prepare trays, cover well and refrigerate until 1st lunch shift
--Lunch workers, two shifts:  set up buffet with previously assembled trays (early), helping kids make lunches (early), pour drinks (both), escort to/from bathrooms (both), clean tables and set room up for the closing activity (late).
