Location: Adirondack Interpretive Center, 5922 State Route 28N, Newcomb, NY
Join Adirondack Ecological Center ecologist Stacy McNulty for a walk on the Huntington Wildlife Forest to visit vernal pools and look for frogs and salamanders. Many of our local amphibians use vernal pools to lay their eggs. With luck you will find egg masses, tadpoles, and adults while learning to identify a few of our more common species. Event is free but please call or email to register.
