Employer Partnership Program
Thank you for your interest in becoming an employer partner with the ESF Office of Career Services. The Employer Partnership Program offers organizations exciting ways of marketing to students at ESF! The program continues to succeed with a focus on offering organizations like yours opportunities to market, promote, and recruit on the ESF campus.
Please review our partnership opportunities below. Program recognition is for a full year, January 1 - December 31, and employers are invited to join on an annual basis beginning January 1. We welcome memberships any time after January 1, however benefits will expire on an annual basis on December 31. If you don't see a level that fits your goals, we are happy to work with you on a customized program.
For additional sponsorship opportunities that can increase your visibility and promote your brand on campus, please see our A La Carte Sponsorship options on pages four and five.

A La Carte Sponsorship
In addition to the Employer Partnership Program, the Office of Career Services offers employers one-time sponsorship opportunities to market your organization and increase visibility amongst students, faculty and staff. We are happy to work with you to identify opportunities that will work within your budget and recruitment goals. Below we have outlined some sponsorship ideas and are happy to brainstorm additional ideas with you:
Student Networking Reception - $1,000
This interactive event is designed as a professional networking event that gives students and recruiters a chance to meet and interact at a designated time during the semester. Career Services will work with you to ensure the primary student population you are interested in hiring is present at this event. This will include light refreshments.
Career Guide Production - $250 - $1,000
Help sponsor production of the Career Guide which reaches more than 500 students each year. Your organization will have a quarter- page advertisement on the inside cover of the Guide.
Etiquette Dinner Sponsorship - $1,500
Support an interactive event that teaches dining etiquette in the career building process. Students will learn the proper table manners to make a positive impression during a lunch or dinner interview. In addition to your logo and organization name recognized as a key sponsor of the event, your organization can identify a representative to be the keynote or introductory presenter to kick off the event.
Job Shadow Sponsorship for Student Travel - $100 - $300
Sponsor a student (or several students) to complete a job shadow at your company. This will fund student travel to and from your site.
Site Visit Sponsorship - $1,000+ (depending on site location/number of students)
Provide funding for students to visit your organization, tour your facility, and meet with representatives in various capacities. Your sponsorship will allow Career Services to reserve a large shuttle bus (depending on the number of interested students) to travel to and from your site. This could also include money for an overnight stay depending on the location of your organization.
Corporate Sponsorship for Internship & Engagement Expo - $1,000
Sponsor the annual Internship & Engagement Expo, an event that allows ESF students to showcase their experiences (including internships, field work, and abroad experiences). Student attendees gain insight on how to explore these experiences, how to apply for them, and how to obtain them. This event typically draws over 100 student attendees and is a great way to have representation from your organization at the event to promote internship opportunities and mingle with students. The fee also covers the catering that is provided.
Coffee Sponsorship - $300
Provide coffee to students during final exams. On a designated day during final exam week, you'll have the chance to boost student energy levels in a location TBD (varies by semester). Sponsorship includes your logo and organization's name displayed as well as the opportunity for a representative to distribute information about your organization and interact with students.
