2022 Sponsor Packages
All sponsor packages include:
- At least one sponsor spotlight: 10 minutes to speak at the beginning of the webinar (does not apply to the Student sponsor package)
- Logo on website and in promotional emails
- Logo and link to your organization's website from conference website
- A dedicated webpage linked from the conference website with your organization's name, logo, summary statement, and description of the products, services or projects you would like to highlight
- Logo on slideshow in every session
- Sponsor ads to be displayed at onsite registration area
- Thank you on our social media channels

Refund/Cancellation
Refunds, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be issued for requests received by March 10, 2022. Requests must be made by email to Katherina Searing at kbsearing@esf.edu. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone; substitutions can be made at any time.
Our Payment Policy
- Balance due? Please ensure payment has been received prior to the start of the conference. We will accept a check (payable to SUNY Research Foundation), or Visa or MasterCard.
- Using a Purchase Order of Voucher? Please provide the PO/Voucher number as well as a valid Mastercard or Visa account number. If payment is not received within 30 days after the event, your credit card will be charged the appropriate fee.
