The Call for Abstracts deadline for the 2021 NYS Green Building Conference has been extended to Wednesday, December 2nd. The conference will be held virtually in the spring (exact dates TBA). Three new topic areas have been added for 2021! Learn more and submit your abstract here.
As the premier green building conference in the Northeast, our progressive advisory council has fostered our growth by consistently bringing together top green building researchers, educators, and practitioners.
Conference participants represent many industries including architecture, engineering, construction, consulting, deconstruction, landscape architecture, government, higher education, K-12 education, state agencies, real estate, and management firms.
The New York State Green Building Conference is hosted by ESF in partnership with:
- U.S. Green Building Council New York Upstate
- Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems (Syracuse CoE)
2020 Virtual Conference
The 2020 NYS Green Building Conference will be held virtually, through a series of webinars beginning Thursday, September 24th and ending Friday, November 20th. The Mass Timber Symposium webinars will be held September 14th to 18th. Every webinar will be held from noon to 1:30 PM, most Thursdays and Fridays. Please see the Agenda page for details.
Anyone already registered for the 2020 conference will receive access to the webinars, but will be prompted to log into the registration site to select which webinars they choose to attend. Participants will be emailed the Zoom login information prior to the start of each webinar. Please see the Registration page for more details and packages.

The mission of the New York State Green Building Conference is to promote, educate and support green building design, construction and processes.
