Dear ESF Community:
Implementation of the ESF Living Document is well underway. In its second iteration as of March 1, 2020, ESF is launching a long-term commitment to inclusion, diversity and equity, building infrastructure to effectively and uniformly listen and reply as a collective. The ESF Living Document identifies objectives, responsible parties, timeframes and contact information for implementation of a set of concrete, achievable actions to make ESF a more fully diverse and inclusive community. Further it aligns with the seven goals embedded within the ESF Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Strategic Plan located at this URL https://www.esf.edu/ide/committee.htm.
The Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (OIDE) welcomes you to lend your voice by commenting on objectives in one or more versions of the ESF Living Document. These versions are below. When you click on each of the versions, you will find a link to a google doc embedded inside the link, where you can offer comment and suggestions.
