Professional Development Short Courses
The RadTech International NA/SUNY-ESF Radiation Curing Program (RCP) offers a timely and valuable portfolio of pre- and in-service professional development programs designed for the entire range of roles in the energy/radiation curing arena. These professional development programs are valuable for engineers, scientists and other technical staff, sales representatives, marketing and business managers, end users, regulatory agency staff, as well as students and faculty in academic programs like chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer chemistry, material science, industrial design, biochemistry, or physics.
The common thread is the commitment to keep pace - indeed to lead the evolution of energy curing technologies that is changing entire industries and creating new opportunities for curing and for sustainable materials manufacturing.
The Radiation Curing Program (RCP) helps both students and industry professionals capitalize on these emerging opportunities. Whether you are starting a new career, advancing in your current role, or simply want to better understand these technologies, RCP will help position you and your organization to lead the movement.
Participants bring diverse perspectives and represent a range of organizations, from large multinational corporations and colleges/universities to smaller regional start-ups. RCP complements and integrates with in-house training and will serve as the in-house training solution for
- On-boarding of new employees and employees new to curing processes and applications
- Ongoing professional development
With an outstanding instructional team and advisory council with long-term relationships to this program, and participants from 26 organizations across the US, RCP is making a significant impact in the US and around the world. Our goal is to continue to serve participants who bring a commitment to their own professional growth and/or to their organization's strategic successes.
RCP's Professional Development Short-Courses represent online professional development that can be completed within 4-6 hours.
The online approach, typically referred to as "asynchronous," enables you to move through the course at your own pace, to stop and come back where you left off, and most importantly, provides you with a simple and flexible way to navigate the course. Unlike traditional videos that are viewed passively, our instructional team has adapted an approach that puts you at the center of the instruction.
