Chemical EngineeringBachelor of Science

The chemical engineering program at SUNY ESF educates students in the engineering of chemical and biochemical processes for the manufacture of materials, products and energy fuels for a sustainable future. Molecular transformations underlie chemical and biological processes and well-designed processes that minimize environmental impact and incorporate responsible stewardship are critical to our future. Green chemistry, biological therapeutics and sustainable materials based on renewable resources are key focuses through available minors and electives. An education in chemical engineering positions students to impactful and rewarding careers in leading edge technology fields for the benefit of the society of the future.
