ESF Business Affairs: Spring 2021 Refunds

The ESF Bursar's Office is working on refunds for the Spring 2020 semester. These refunds will include Centennial Hall, Trailhead and appropriate Broad Base Fees.  They will be available as soon as possible, but most likely at the end of the semester in May.       

Domestic Student refunds will be processed thru BankMobile (a third party company). Please make sure your refund preference is set up with BankMobile for timely processing of the refund. If you need your personal pin code resent, contact Kristen Golden at kggolden@esf.edu .

Note to Students:  if you have a Parent Loan on your account, the Parent will be refunded first up to the amount of the loan. They will receive the refund by paper check or Parent E-Refund (if they have signed up for this option).

International Students refunds will be paper checks or E-Refunds (if they signed up for this refund option).  For paper checks, our office needs your current local U.S. mailing address.
