Lake Ontario Resident Fishing Survey

This survey of Lake Ontario residents is being conducted by NY Sea Grant and the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. The results of this survey will be used to improve fishing services and opportunities for residents of the seven Lake Ontario Counties in New York. You will need a survey number (which would have been received in the mail on a paper copy of the questionnaire) in order to participate.
