Delfin Ganapin Lecture

Event Description: Delfin Ganapin is the global manager of the GEF Small Grants Program. His talk will focus on "Community-based Adaptation to Climate Change," a new initiative that UNEP is developing globally. The initiative focuses on how climate change adaptation can be made known to, designed by and implemented by poor and vulnerable communities. Dr. Ganapin is Richard Smardon's first Ph.D. student at SUNY-ESF (1987).
