What ecologies are you eating? “Eating Ecologies: Growing Sustainable Food Systems” will be presented by Matt Potteiger, Professor for Landscape Architecture. This presentation examines the social and ecological consequences of the food we eat and outlines strategies for creating more socially just and sustainable food systems. It draws on examples from case studies in Japan, Europe, and North America as well as programs and projects in Syracuse and Central New York.
