Eugenia Bone will speak about "How the biology of fungi affects our culinary experience of mushrooms." Eugenia is the author Mycophilia: Revelations from the Weird World of Mushrooms, is a nationally known food writer, and past co-president of the New York Mycological Society. We are pleased to announce this special event is open to the public. Copies of Mycophilia will be available for purchase and signing by the author.
