Location: Adirondack Interpretive Center
Event Description: Participants will hike a 2 mile loop around the shore of Arbutus Lake in the Huntington Wildlife Forest. This flat trail goes through mostly softwood and mixed wood forest. There is the possibility that Red and White-winged Crossbills will be in the softwoods along the trail. Charlotte Demers of NNYA and SUNY-ESF will lead the hike.
