Event Description: This presentation will introduce and use two Google Maps-based USDA Forest Service tools designed on the ESF campus. The i-Tree Design tool allows users to examine how tree planting affects local air and stormwater quality, heating costs, and other homeowner concerns. The i-Tree Canopy tool allows users to estimate the number and area of trees in a property of interest.
