Meet at the AIC before heading to the Roosevelt Truck Trail. This is a lovely grass and moss covered road connecting Blue Ridge Road and 28N, with passes through a spruce plantation, white pine forest and some young hardwoods. Boreal species have been seen along the trail. The trail is hilly but easy and may be damp. Plan on 2-3 hours of easy to moderate hiking. Dress for the weather, including appropriate footwear! Pre-registration required. Call 518-582-2000 or email email@example.com to register.
