Northern New York Audubon's Bird Walk
Saturday, June 14, 2014
9:00 am - 11:00 am
Location: Adirondack Interpretive Center - 5922 State Route 28N, Newcomb NY
This month’s walk will explore an expansive blowdown that occurred off of Route 28N. This drastic change in habitat provides unique and interesting opportunities for bird watching. On the way, we’ll be stopping at Lodo Pond, where various waterfowl can often be found. Plan on 1—2 hours of moderate hiking on unmarked trails. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Pre-registration required. Call 518-582-2000 or email email@example.com to register.
