The Sun: Earth's Essential Star

Event Description: Did you know there are telescopes in space that are looking at the Sun 24 hours a day? Led by amateur astronomer Bob Fisher, learn what these telescopes have found and what it means for us on Earth. Weather permitting, participants will go outside to safely observe the Sun through Solar telescopes! Call 518-582-2000 or email aic@esf.edu to register.
