7th Annual New York State Biotechnology Symposium

Event Description: This full two day symposium that will feature plenary talks, technical sessions and tours of Brookhaven National Laboratory facilities including the Center for Functional Nanomaterials and National Synchrotron Light Source II.

Winemaking: The Original Biotechnology
This symposium fosters the exchange of ideas among industry representatives and scientists, academics, students, and other professionals interested in biotechnology; and works to develop synergies and relationships that further advance the field. It has a history of convening the regionís most promising and innovative biotechnology companies and experts, both as speakers and participants, and promises to be the largest and most exciting yet.
The mission of the Biotechnology Symposium is to bring together industry representatives and scientists, academics and students, and other professionals interested in biotechnology in order to develop synergies and relationships that further advance the field.
The NYS Biotechnology Symposium is hosted by the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in partnership with the Research Foundation for the State University of New York, highlighting and raising awareness of the SUNY Networks of Excellence, and in collaboration with the Brookhaven National Laboratory.
