The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry is teaming up with Siemens Corporation, the City of Syracuse and O’Brien and Gere Engineers to build a ten-megawatt power generating plant that will be fueled by turning wood and wood by-products into synthetic gas. WTVH CBS5 aired the attached story about the project during their newscast on August 8, 2006.
