2014 Biotechnology Symposium Held at Gateway Center
The 2014 Biotechnology Symposium hosted approximately 150 participants from more than a half-dozen states. The connections made between experienced and emerging professionals from academia and industry help to keep biotechnology in New York ever expanding. Runners Finish Strong at Hamilton
Women eighth, men third at invitational
The ESF Mighty Oaks cross-country team had a strong race at the Hamilton College Invitational Oct. 12, with the women finishing eighth and the men third, each out of 13 teams.
The scorers for the women were Kristen Campbell, Emily Martin, Jenny Frank, Emma Putman, Allison Cronk, Danielle Zgardzinski and Nicole Madden. Other runners who did well were Cambria Ziemer, Elle Leach, Liz Bourguet and Lauren Alteio.
The men were led by captain Timmy Callahan, Jon Cleveland, Tom Arcuri, Reed Scott, Stephen Slonosky, Malcom Moncheur, and Michael Persson. Other notable runners were Taylor Yerrick, Peter LeDuc, Nick Grieco and Alex Fisher.
