- Improving Study & Note Taking Skills—5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. 110 Moon Library. A useful workshop to improve note-taking and material review skills.
- Anxiety and Stress Workshop—4:00 pm - 5:00 pm. 110 Moon Library. An interactive workshop that explores ways to cope and find success during the semester. Presented by Heather L. Rice, Senior Counselor at SUNY-ESF
- Save Your Semester Workshop—5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. 110 Moon Library. An end-of-the-semester workshop about the best ways to prepare for finals and to manage the stress associated with them.
