Navigating Stress in the age of COVID-19
This semester may be especially challenging, given some of the recent global and national events and concerns regarding the pandemic, racial injustice, and the growing impacts and risk of climate change. Learning to find healthy coping mechanisms to avoid compassion fatigue, burnout, and escalating mental health concerns is important. We will cover mindfulness topics to help you regain control of the present moment and create a calmer and more focused way of being during these challenging times.
