Operation Shellshock: NYSDEC’s Undercover Effort to Protect our Native Reptiles and AmphibiansCampus Calendar

Event Description: Lieutenant Richard Thomas, lead Investigator in Shellshock, will present the story of DEC’s most successful and far reaching undercover investigation. We will hear about the threats to our “herp” resources, the illegal black market that exists, the research and undercover work that was done over four years, various case studies, and the education and resource protection efforts that continue from Operation Shellshock.
