Event Description: Learn what you can do for ash trees in Central New York, as the invasive insect, the Emerald Ash Borer, changes the forests around us. This informal walk/workshop is free and open to the public. Join up with Central New York Land Trust volunteers and friends as we walk the trails of Baltimore Woods Nature Preserve and learn about ash tree seed collection from Jessi Lyons, Environmental Educator, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Onondaga County.
