Ways to Get Involved
Attend college fairs and programs
Represent ESF at college fairs, open houses, or regional programs by sharing your personal experiences and insights. Prospective students and families value hearing first-hand what makes ESF special. Training and materials will be provided so you feel confident in speaking about the admissions process, programs, and opportunities available at ESF.
Send postcards to admitted students
Help us welcome admitted students into the ESF family by writing postcards to congratulate and encourage them. Your words of advice or excitement can help students feel more connected and supported as they make their decision to join us. Pre-addressed, stamped postcards and a template will be provided—it’s an easy way to make a big impact from home!
Offer internships or job shadowing opportunities
Open the door to real-world experiences for current ESF students by sharing opportunities within your business or organization. Whether it’s a formal internship, a one-day job shadow, or even career advice, you can help students gain valuable insights into their field and make connections that support their future careers.
Host a student send-off event
Welcome incoming students from your region before they depart for campus by hosting a casual send-off event. These gatherings are a chance for new students and their families to connect with alumni and each other, ask questions, and feel supported as they prepare to join the ESF community.
Be a virtual speaker at a student event
Share your expertise and insights with students during one of our virtual events. Whether you give a presentation, participate in a panel discussion, or lead a Q&A session, your story and advice can inspire students and provide valuable guidance as they navigate their academic and career paths.
