Staff Spotlight: Michelle Fay
Michelle Fay recently earned a promotion in ESF's Office of Undergraduate Admissions. After eight years of service, she has gone from Office Assistant 2 to Administrative Assistant 1. Michelle joined ESF in 2014 after a career spent at another state organization.
Michelle is the first face families see when they come to tour ESF. "My favorite part of the job is helping students and families feel more relaxed around their college journey," said Michelle.
She frequently encounters first-time college students or parents that are overwhelmed or confused about the college admissions process in general. As a mom of college-aged children, she can empathize with them. It compels her to provide individualized support to everyone that reaches out for assistance.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
