Fur Coats and Food Storage: How Adirondack Mammals Prepare for WinterCampus Calendar

Event Description: Fifty-four species of mammal live in the Adirondacks and each has a unique way of preparing for and surviving the rigors of winter. On this guided walk you will learn about the different behaviors and physical adaptions that animals use during the coldest season.
