- Empowering alumni with career development and student connections
ESF graduates are in demand — by businesses; not-for-profits; local, state and federal agencies; and some of the best post-baccalaureate programs in the world. We help equip students with the tools they need to unlock their full potential and pave the way to a successful future.

Career Development Program
Thanks to the generosity of Betsy and Jesse Fink, this program promotes the career
and professional development of students at ESF.
The variety of research and lab experiences available at ESF helped me become the scientist I am today. I learned how to conduct research and answer scientific questions. It’s the foundation I continue to use in my daily work. I am now a research scientist developing biofuel from algae. It is work I love and it is creating a better future.
