Most notably, her work on Carbon12 in Portland, Oregon garnered her a Women of Vision award. With Swinerton and now, Timberlab, Cabot has completed a variety of projects. Including the procurement and project management of Ascent, the tallest hybrid timber structure in the world and her current work on the procurement, fabrication and installation of Heartwood, an 8-story mass timber, type IV-C, work-force housing project in Seattle, WA.

Jeff Spiritos, Principal of Spiritos Properties, LLC

Jeff Spiritos has been involved in developing buildings since the late '70s, first with Hines, in and around New York City and for the past 15 years with Spiritos Properties. His work has been all different product types - from office, to residential, laboratory, institutional, and hotel. For the last six years, Spiritos and the company have focused on developing only mass timber projects, owing to the excitement and possibility of this newish building technology and the myriad of benefits that mass timber offers its occupants and the environment. Jeff is currently developing 340 Dixwell in New Haven, CT, which is slated to be Connecticut’s first mass timber affordable housing project.
