ESF Men’s, and Women’s XC Teams Look to Make History with Repeat Championships
SYRACUSE, NY – Nov. 10, 2023 - The ESF men’s and women’s cross country teams look to make USCAA history as the only teams to be two-time defending champions for both men and women at the national championships 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12 at Penn State Fayette.
The harriers will defend their United States Collegiate Athletic Association titles led by Sean Dristle and Savanna Kuhr, both seniors with proven records against runners from NCAA Division I, II, and III top runners, according to Coach Mike Melfi. The teams also boast several Section III runners from area high schools.
ESF could be the only team in USCAA history - in all sports - to win a national title three years in a row.
