ESF to Green Out the Dome

Mighty Oaks basketball team takes on JCC Thursday

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Feb. 12, 2025 – Green will be the color of the day when ESF Greens Out the Dome for the Mighty Oaks’ annual basketball game in the JMA Wireless Dome Thursday, Feb. 13.

Tip-off against the Jefferson Community College (JCC) Cannoneers is at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 for the free-admission game. The Mighty Oaks are looking for their fourth straight win coming off an 86-79 win against SUNY Cobleskill.

“We’re excited to be returning to the Dome and being able to offer this unique opportunity to our student-athletes,” said Dan Ramin, ESF athletic director. “The Dome is an iconic sporting venue and for our players to say they competed there is an honor.”

In addition to the game, ESF will celebrate Senior Night, recognizing guard Kieran Hefferan, a construction management major from West Chester, Pennsylvania. The halftime show will feature players from the Tully Youth Basketball program.
