ESF Announces Academic Honors Lists for Spring 2026 Semester
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — June 25, 2026 — The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) is proud to recognize the academic excellence of its undergraduate students by announcing those who have earned a place on the Dean’s, President’s, and President’s 4.0 lists for the fall 2026 semester.
“The recognition of our students on the Dean’s, President’s, and President’s 4.0 lists speaks to the incredible focus, resilience, and passion that define the ESF community,” said ESF President Joanie Mahoney. “These achievements reflect not only academic excellence but also a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact through learning. We are proud of each student honored and inspired by the determination they bring to their studies and to the future of our world.”
For the spring semester, 369 students earned Dean’s List honors, 178 were named to the President’s List, and 127 achieved President’s 4.0 distinction. The academic honor rolls include students from both ESF’s Syracuse campus and the Ranger School in Wanakena.
Students who earned a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.500 have been named to the Dean’s List, demonstrating their commitment to academic success and consistent high performance. Students achieving a GPA of 3.85 or higher have been named to the President’s List, with those who earned a perfect 4.00 GPA receiving special distinction.
