December Commencement
Commencement is a milestone in which we celebrate our students’ achievements as they complete their academic journey at ESF. To mark the significance of this occasion and to help us honor our degree candidates, we are planning receptions, award ceremonies, and other festivities.

Caps & Gowns
All students who participate in Commencement are required to wear a cap and gown. You can obtain these through the Syracuse University Bookstore in the Schine Student Center or by calling (315) 443-9900.
Graduate School Student Checklist
In addition to successful completion of coursework and faculty requirements, Graduate School students are required complete additional paperwork before the degree will be awarded.
