13th Annual NYS Green Building Conference Call for Abstracts Announced
Presentation proposals are being sought for the 13th Annual New York State Green Building Conference March 12-13, 2015, in Syracuse.
Presentations for the conference must fit within a 50-minute or 100-minute time slot, including time for questions. Although presentations applicable to the topics listed below are desired, new and innovative topics that meet the intent and purpose of the conference are also encouraged.
Presentation topics:
• Building Science
• High Performance Buildings
• Resiliency
• Biomimicry
• Green Materials & Resources
• Green Healthcare Facilities
• LEED v4
• Urban Design, Planning, & Community Development
• Design Solutions for Urban Infrastructure & Transportation
• Renewable Energy
Presentation proposals should be submitted to nysgreenbuilding@gmail.com using the form available on the conference website at www.nysgreenbuilding.org. Forms should be completed and returned by Oct. 31. Please note the majority of the form is check boxes for continuing education credit review (pages 3 - 9).
The schedule for selection of abstracts is as follows:
• Deadline for abstract submission: Oct. 31, 2014
• Notification of selected abstracts: Nov. 21, 2014
