CNY Girls Summit Career Conference Comes to ESF
A daylong summit developed to increase confidence and foster educational and career aspirations in middle and high school girls, organized by Girls Inc. at the YWCA, will come to the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) campus 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 7.
Girls Summit is a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) career conference created for girls in grades seven through 12.
The summit will include workshops in ornithology, paper science, computer science, economics, biotechnology and water resources engineering.
