Emerging Leaders Series

Open to all first-years and sophomores interested in gaining leadership experience, The Emerging Leaders Workshop series is a 6-week program that meets once a week to help prepare students for leadership roles both on and off campus. The program is highly recommended for students hoping to apply to be an Orientation Leader, Resident Advisor, or executive position on campus, as well as anyone searching for internships.

Orientation Leaders (OLs)

Every year, 50 students are trained to welcome the freshmen into college life. Participating in Orientation has become a beloved tradition, essential to the culture at ESF.

Workshops

Throughout the year, workshops and mini conferences are held to cover several topics ranging from public speaking skills to collaboration. Special guests and leadership professionals are often invited to facilitate these events.
