The ESF Alumni Office maintains a database of alumni contact information. Although we cannot release personal information without explicit permission, we’re happy to assist by reaching out on your behalf to help you connect. 

Yes, ESF alumni are eligible to purchase memberships at Syracuse University's Barnes Center (gym). Before enrolling, you’ll need to obtain an ESF Alumni Card from the ESF Alumni Office, which is available free of charge. To request your Alumni Card, please email alumni@esf.edu or call 315-470-6683. 

Possibly. To inquire about renting the Gateway Center for your event, please contact ESF’s main number at 315-470-6500 and ask to speak with the Special Events Coordinator or email events@esf.edu. 

Unfortunately, the Moon Library Database(s) can only be accessed using a current ESF student ID and net credentials.  ESF is not able to issue new net IDs to alumni at this time. Any questions can be directed to circulation@esf.edu 

YesWe are happy to take old yearbooks or other items for the Moon Library ArchivesPlease contact Librarian Archivist at (315) 470-6718 for more information.  

Yes, as a graduate you can take advantage of the resources offered by the Office of Career Services. This includes career preparation or engagement initiatives that benefit the career development of ESF students. All research, educational and professional groups using the resources and/or facilities of the Adirondack Ecological Center (AEC) and Huntington Wildlife Forest (HWF) must submit a property use request form at esf.edu/campuses/index.php (select Adirondack Ecological Center/Huntington Wildlife Forest - Newcomb).  Accommodations are dependent on the approval of this form. 

 

Once your project or activity is approved, please contact newcomb@esf.edu or call 518-582-4551 x2208 for housing reservations and other needs. 


Camping on HWF requires permission of a Newcomb Campus Staff member, and reservation with the Guest Services Manager. Camping is only allowed on Catlin Lake at 1) Birch Point lean-to and 2) designated tent sites at Sabattis Pass.

Housing fees will be applied to the use of these sites when appropriate.  Contact Guest Services Manager, at 518-582-4551 ext. 2208
