Wildlife Expert Visits ESF

Wildlife expert Andrew Simmons, who specializes in predators, brought several animals to ESF's Marshall Auditorium Tuesday and captivated the packed room with his presentation. Simmons emphasized the survival methods of predator animals and factors that contribute to their endangerment, and dispelled popular misconceptions about these animals being inherently violent.

Centerpiece Tower Installed at Centennial Hall

Two years after graduating from ESF with a degree in construction management, Dave Emmi CMWPE '08 returned to campus to watch as a construction crew installed a 56-foot timber-frame column at the entrance to the College's first residence hall.

The ESF men's and women's cross-country teams participated in the 32nd Annual Geneseo Invitational Oct. 2 at Letchworth State Park. The teams both placed 11th, but their coach said the team, in its first year of intercollegiate competition, was making solid progress.

Women’s Soccer Team Loses Rochester in OT

The Mighty Oaks women lost a close one to the University of Rochester junior varsity team in Rochester Saturday. The teams were evenly matched through regulation time, forcing the game into overtime, where ESF suffered defeat.
