CPEP provides 24 hour, 7 days a week evaluation and treatment for individuals of all
ages who are suffering from an acute mental health crisis.
Upstate Medical University Emergency Room

The SUNY Upstate Medical University Emergency Room is a state teaching hospital very
close to campus, SUNY medical center provides a wide range of psychiatric services,
including emergency assessment, hospitalization, and outpatient care.
Crouse Hospital

The Crouse Hospital Emergency Room provides emergency services and assessment for
all medical emergencies. There are no inpatient psychiatric services in-house. It
is the closest emergency room to campus.

Actively engaged in domestic violence education and training in the community, Vera House offers counseling and advocacy services for victims of domestic violence and children who witness abuse.
