The Registrar's Office supports the college mission by allowing students to register for classes needed for their degrees and by posting degrees in a timely manner so students can pursue careers in environmental fields. Our primary function is to maintain the accuracy of our current and former students’ academic records in compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
SUNY ESF will be closed December 24, 2025 through January 2, 2026. Requests for transcripts to be sent by mail received after 12:00 pm on December 22 will be processed when ESF reopens in January. Parchment requests for on-line transcripts will be processed during the break but errors will take longer to be resolved.
